FubbzMedia
Tulsa Audiovisual Production Company
FubbzMedia, first established in 2020 by founder Bryant Perkins, was born from a desire to provide individuals, entrepreneurs and communities with an outlet to share their unique stories and perspectives. Understanding the frequent hurdles creators face in sharing their voice with the world, Perkins leveraged his audiovisual production equipment across several cities — namely in the Midwest United States — and engaged with creators who sought to share their stories through a podcast format.
Operating with a limited staff at hand, the upstart company was in need of assistance to get its operation off the ground. I leveraged my prior design and audio production experience to help build the digital infrastructure for the production company and assist with post-production duties for the company’s clientele. With over 60 episodes produced across seven podcasts, FubbzMedia quickly established its footing and growth among clientele in the lifestyle, food & wine and sports industries.

Each podcast’s ideation begins with a discovery process addressing a client’s needs and identifying the unique feel of the podcast in development.
Following a discovery session, I research potential music selections and audio soundbites that fit the client’s wishes for the podcast — often sourcing music that abides by Creative Commons licensing guidelines and other regulations. As needed, I may lend my voice to the podcast’s intro and/or narration to provide structure and ensure proper credit is given to all parties involved in the production.
Once music selections and related audio are approved by FubbzMedia and the client, I proceed with post-production edits of the podcast at hand and any promotional material associated.
All audio is scrutinized during the mixing and engineering process to ensure high production value and appropriate cuts when needed. To date, I have assisted with post-production of 51 podcast episodes ranging between 15 and 55 minutes in length.
